Together with shipbroker Astrup Fearnley Group, we invite students and researchers to take part in a hackathon during Nor-Shipping 4-7 April. 
This year’s Nor-Shipping theme is Action and the hackathon runs under the name #hAction for sustainable shipping. The challenge is suitable for students with enthusiasm for programming and who enjoy creative problem-solving, including but not limited to data analytics, AI/ML, and blockchain technology.
The winners will be announced at the Katapult Ocean stage on the last day of Nor-Shipping and receive a 6-month membership in Mesh Community, the leading startup community in the Nordics.
NB: There is no need for prior knowledge of the maritime industry as shortlisted teams will be provided with further insight into the context and challenge.
