Hosting by One-Gateway, are a good option but does currently have a limitation for VAP

There are plans that GSS-IT will take over hosting possibility by OneGateway, originally developed by DS. This setup is not general available.

Please contact VAP team and together we collaborate with Lars.Peder.Amlie@dnv.com in DS to arrange hosting through OneGateway. Please mention that you want to share the web app through VAP.

The limitation in One Gateway and what they need to change is that VAP Proxy no need to provide an authentication cookie. When done One Gateway will be the recommended way.

Today One Gateway has its authentication mechanism. It will write an authentication cookie after login. If VAP proxy can’t provide that cookie, it will automatically redirect to One Gateway web site. So, unless One Gateway make a change that VAP Proxy no need to provide an authentication cookie VAP team recommend hosting in Azure App Service.
