To terminate my VAP service, what do I need to do?

To terminate your VAP service, follow all the steps below. You have to do this manually, and all the steps must be done in the order described.

  1. Open your service
  2. Navigate to the Users section. Delete all users except yourself
  3. Go to the Enteies section. Delete all entities
  4. Go to the Reports section. Delete all reports
  5. Go to the Resources section. Delete all resources

If you encounter this error while deleting a user, proceed with deleting the rest of your users. Do not contact support in that case. It’s a known limitation on the Veracity API v3

Your service is now either empty or nearly empty, as mentioned above.
Create a Veracity support ticket https://support.veracity.com/ and request termination of your service. Remember to specify your service name and the service URL.
