What are the two types of VAP proxy

There are 2 types of VAP proxy.

The first one is Common Proxy. One proxy domain (for example insightproxy.dnv.com) is responsible for proxy all the web applications request. That is why it uses a GUID in the URL to match with different web application. Each request URL from browser must take this GUID.

Another one is Single Domain Proxy. Single domain proxy only serves one web application. So, the domain name (for example insight-proxy-sited) can be used to proxy the requests. If you want to use Single Domain Proxy, you need contact VAP team first, to apply a new domain name for your web application, and bind to proxy server IP. Then specify that single domain name in VAP Manage Web config setting.
